By placing an order at www.tabitojewelry.com you are offering to purchase a product according to the Belgian law and the following terms and conditions.

All orders are subject to availability and mail confirmation of the order by us upon the dispatch of the order. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. All prices advertised are subject to changes.

The delivery inside Europe include all the taxes. For any other countries the addressee will have to pay any importation tax or local tax related to the order. Dispatch times may vary according to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.

To request a refund, send an email to contact@tabitojewelry.com.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You can return any product ordered on the site www.tabitojewelry.com within 15 days after delivery date, in its initial state and packaging, shipment cost will be at your charge.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
